This is how we first started our operation in 1980. Servicing commercial refrigeration equipment of all types and brands.  We have the experience and the knowledge to diagnose  problems, provide suitable solutions and apply our extensive knowledge to ensure your equipment is fully operational once again. We have access to a multitude of resources, spare parts, refrigeration stock and access to suppliers 24/7 to be able to handle any type of emergency breakdown.

 

Quality scheduled maintenance programs

No matter what manufacturer or type of equipment you have installed it will not perform efficiently if it is not regularly maintained.
We can provide a tailored service package as well as a scheduled maintenance program to meet all your refrigeration equipment requirements. Some refrigeration systems generally require two service visits per annum, however we do have contracts in more critical applications such as pharmaceutical and food processing plants that we carry out quarterly visits. 
This ensures optimum efficiency and also helps identify potential problems that could cause a costly plant failure and in turn a loss of production in the future.
Service visits can be carried out at times to suit the client, this could mean during factory shut downs, holiday periods, weekends or evenings etc.
On completion of the work a detailed running report is provided along with a list of recommendations for any defects found during the visit, the quotation for any repairs required will shortly follow the visit. If the repair is urgent, the technician on site will provide the quotation during the visit.

Equipment in need of maintenance, consume more electrical power to run, are subject to premature mechanical and electrical failure and add to your annual running costs.
Higher than normal temperatures around the mechanical system will in turn reduce the capacity of the system and affect your product temperature and product shelf life.
Scheduled maintenance programs have proven to prevent costly and untimely repairs, potentially impacting on sales.
